The aim is to continually meet the customers’ expectations through a common effort, so that the company's position can be strengthened and developed.
This Management Manual (MM) describes the management system of the company Peters & Domscheit Plastic Processing GmbH, which meets the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001. A graphical representation of the system is displayed on the following page. As a binding guideline, it must be viewed by all employees and also serves as a basis for internal audits.
A regular review of the measures introduced ensures their application and effectiveness. In this management system, all individual processes that are involved in the running of business activities are described. The respective responsibilities and tasks are described and defined. The requirements of the management system apply to all employees of the company Peters & Domscheit Plastic Processing GmbH.
The manual is a loose-leaf collection structured in such a way that changes and additions are easy to carry out. All manuals that are issued are numbered and the recipients are registered by the QM officer in a manual list so that they can be notified of changes. Copies of the manual that are not subject to revision service are for information only and are not updated, but their recipients are also registered.
The owners of the manual acknowledge the receipt of the manual and the changes and are responsible for updating their copy.
