Ventilation pipes made of plastics are preferred for the removal of chemically contaminated exhaust air. Typical areas of application are in laboratories, electrical equipment, battery charging stations, sewage treatment plants, stable ventilation systems, natural gas plants, hospitals or swimming pools.
The plastics in the ventilation pipes have to be tailored to the respective type of application. The most important parameters here are the media to be removed and the ambient temperature, the nature of the chemical load, the assignable pressure range, the pipe dimensions and the air flow to be transported.
The ventilation pipes are supplied with smooth ends and fittings with sleeves.
Ventilation tubes are billed in meters (standard length for PPs, PVC, PP, and PPs-el 5m, for PE 6 m).
Fittings are billed according to the type and the piece.
For a surcharge, the ventilation pipes and fittings can be delivered cleaned and in film packaging. Flange connections are available for a fee.
